May Sinclair

May Sinclair was born in 1863 in Cheshire, England. The author of some two dozen novels, plus biographies, poetry, and philosophical and feminist studies, Sinclair combined both Freudian psychology and Modernist techniques into her writing. She died in 1946, at the age of 83.
