Cicely Hamilton was born in London in 1872. An early advocate for women’s rights and marriage equality, Hamilton was also an ardent suffragette, a playwright and a journalist. Theodore Savage is her only sci-fi novel. Ms. Hamilton passed away in 1952, at age 80.
